The client contacted High Spec Roofing about a leaking roof. The leak was on a tiled roof extension roof located at the rear of the property which had caused problems since it was installed.  A roof inspection identified that the pitch of the roof too low at less than 10 degrees, and not in line with current Building Regulations.

Our advice was to replace the existing tiled roof with a Flagon PVC membrane system.

  • The existing tiled roof was removed and OSB boards fitted to the roof joists.

  • Two timber upstands were created to allow the installation of modern treble glazed roof lights.

  • A Flagon PVC membrane was mechanically fixed to the roof with a standing seam finish.

“I had an ongoing issue with leaks to our tiled roof.  High Spec Roofing advised me that the pitch of the roof was too low for tiles and recommended replacing it with PVC.   The work was completed promptly and professionally, and I would highly recommend the service.  Great workmanship by Kevin and Jason”
