St. Peregrines GAA

St. Peregrines GAA Club in Dublin 15 had been affected by storm damage and required repairs.

• A new single skin PVC roof, a parapet wall gutter and closure flashings were installed at the Store area

• New vapour control layer insulation and PVC gutters were installed to the Gymnasium roof.  Cladding to the curved roof was removed and new flashings, upstands including gutter stop ends were installed.   Repairs were also carried out to the upstand on dome rooflight on the flat roof

• Multiple roof lights on the main Kingspan roof also needed attention due to failure of exterior seals

High Spec Roofing worked with the Club to provide a Roof Report and evidence of damage to the Clubs’ insurance company before remedial works commenced.
