Flat Roofs

High Spec Roofing offers a number of flat roof options to suit our customers needs and budget. These include PVC, felt, TPO & EPDM. High Spec Roofing are approved installers for a variety of agents.  We always fit the roofing system in line with the manufacturers guidelines to ensure a full warranty applies. 

PVC  

PVC roofing is available in a wide range of colours, it is flexible and can adapt to structural or thermal movement of the roof.  PVC single ply roofing is light weight, high performance, extremely water resistant and easy to install.  

The PVC membrane is mechanically fixed to the roof.  Installation is low risk as there is no need to use a naked flame when sealing the roof. Instead, the laps are sealed with a hot air gun.

There is the option to add a standing seam finish to further improve the aesthetics of the roof. 

Felt

Bituminous membrane roofing systems are more commonly known as torch-on felt.  The quality of felt roofs have improved significantly over the years and modern systems are extremely durable once laid correctly. 

Felt is a two-ply roofing system, applied to the roof deck using a blow torch.   

Asphalt roofing system options are also available.

EPDM

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (M-class), or EPDM, is a synthetic rubber that is extremely durable.

It is a single ply heat and weather resistant roofing system. It can be mechanically fixed or bonded to the roof area.

TPO

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a single-ply roofing membrane. TPO roofing systems are heat and weather resistant and extremely durable. It can be mechanically fixed or bonded to the roof area.

TPO membranes are manufactured in sheets that are 10, 12 or 20 feet wide. The are an excellent choice for larger roof areas.
